Provided 1,700 customized backpacks for officers and academy graduates
Supplied equipment to the Police Athletic League program
Provided benches, tables, grills, office furniture, carpet installation, plumbing repairs, painting, parking lot enhancement, and other zone improvements
Attended graduation ceremonies and sponsored receptions following for graduates and their families
Participated in APD Family Fun Days Provided meals for officers riding on buses to attend fallen officers’ funerals in Mississippi and North Carolina
Delivered holiday meals, decorated zones for the holidays, and supported APD’s Christmas toy drive for inner city kids
Hosted morale-boosting events, such as golf outings and bowling nights
Delivered special meals for families of officers injured in the line of duty
Developed partnerships with civic organizations, such as the Young Mens Service League, garden clubs, church groups, and private businesses to host cookouts, car washes for police vehicles, and landscaping projects
Sent 10 officers and their spouses to Scott River
Sent 4 officers and their teenagers to JH Ranch
Provided 3 scholarships for officers’ children to attend Atlanta Youth Academy
